Founder & Community Organizer
Deja brings energy, heart, and a crown to everything she does. As Miss Apache Junction Arizona Teen, she channels her platform into real community action — inspiring others to show up and give back.
Simone Davis
Founder & Executive Director
Simone Davis is the founder of M.A.D.E — Manifesting And Developing Empires — and the former Ms. Arizona United States 2020. Her platform M.A.D.E QUEEN caught the attention of Chandler City Council before she competed on the national stage, placing as fourth runner-up to Ms. United States. She brings that same drive and purpose to Distribute Compassion every day.
Toni McSwain
Community Outreach Coordinator
Toni connects Distribute Compassion with local organizations, schools, and businesses — building the network of care that makes our community stronger every day.
Miler Anne Latinovich
Volunteer Programs Director
Miler coordinates all volunteer programs and partnerships, ensuring every opportunity is meaningful, accessible, and impactful for both volunteers and those they serve.
How We Started
Born from a simple belief in human kindness
Distribute Compassion began when our founder, Deja McClure, noticed something beautiful — that the most meaningful moments in her community weren't grand gestures, but quiet ones. A neighbor bringing soup to a sick friend. A teenager stopping to help an elderly man with his groceries. A child leaving a flower on a stranger's doorstep.
She realized that compassion was already everywhere — it just needed a place to gather, grow, and be directed where it was needed most. So in 2026, she created Distribute Compassion: a platform to connect willing hearts with meaningful opportunities.
Today, we coordinate hundreds of volunteers across dozens of programs — from food banks to community gardens — all united by one simple truth: compassion is the heart of humanity.
